Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized stock rotation and precise inventory counts in temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency and safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Adhere to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles and 5S methodology standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend options
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software
