Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform regular quality checks on packaged items before they leave the facility.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
