Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanning technology
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and efficient workspaces
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Toledo facility
