Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow issues and optimize processes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically overnights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
