Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth transition
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
