Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pack, and ship products efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to strict protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and quality targets.
- Sort, bundle, and prepare materials for shipping or storage.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
