Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand, forklift, or pallet jack to and from trailers and storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect equipment and facility for safety hazards; report maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
