The Role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly. Your focus will be on accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and label products accurately to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
