Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Identify and report warehouse maintenance needs
- Train on new equipment and processes as implemented
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
