Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct quality control inspections and documentation of all transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas per corporate standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
