Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, receive and put away stock with high accuracy, and manage stock rotation.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and inspect outbound packages, ensuring proper labeling and securing goods for transit.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Data Entry: Accurately log inventory movements and shipment details into our management systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift license (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during the night shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
