Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain 99.9% order accuracy
- Implement quality control measures for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize space efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in inventory tracking software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
