Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counting procedures
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety standards in all warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
