Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Scan, pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery and report issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
