Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, verifying shipment contents against manifests.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to maximize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
