Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and verify stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with the morning shift to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily during the overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
