Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages using scanning systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) consistently
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
