Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to daily fulfillment targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
