Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Pack, seal, and label products according to strict shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
