Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Follow safety regulations strictly to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation is required to and from the warehouse.
