Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Execute picking, packing, and labeling tasks with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage or errors and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
