Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory control to ensure stock accuracy.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are in their designated places.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
