Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and package customer orders using warehouse management software (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Shipment Preparation: Inspect goods for damage, apply appropriate labels, and prepare shipments for courier pickup.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and loading docks clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
