Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to strict customer order specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and proficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain up-to-date stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
