Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and store inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and efficient workflow processes
- Perform quality checks and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets and safety standards
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
