Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order picking with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic slotting and inventory rotation protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time data integrity
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones per ISO 9001 guidelines
- Train junior staff on advanced picking techniques and WMS software
- Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience with proven speed metrics
- OSHA-certified forklift operation with valid equipment certifications
- Expertise in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification and hazmat handling preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly advantageous
