Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and storage systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming merchandise
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
