Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Load and unload trucks while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines and proper procedures
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
