Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Prepare outbound orders for timely delivery through efficient packing and labeling
- Maintain organized inventory in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with provided certification training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory tracking and quality control
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our North Minneapolis facility
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
