Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners and distribution centers
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counts as directed
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move materials safely
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Document inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekly pay increases
- Strong team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
