- Accurately sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments using barcode systems
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for timely dispatch
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided certification
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
