- Efficiently load/unload trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy with scanning systems
- Maintain organized, clutter-free warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members on tight delivery schedules
- Perform routine equipment safety checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
