Responsibilities
- Safely unload inbound shipments and sort inventory into designated zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital scanning systems
- Package and prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the 1235 E Speedway Blvd location
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
