Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation
- Optimize space utilization and material flow processes
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Valid CA forklift certification required
