Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training) to move and organize inventory
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping floors and clearing debris
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report workplace hazards immediately
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
