Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment after completing paid certification training
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily production goals
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging machinery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
