Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items with precision and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks during the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Training: Willingness to complete our paid safety and operational training program.
