The Role:
As an Overnight Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist with stock organization to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality assurance protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every shift.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety documentation.
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for candidates with or without prior warehouse experience.
