Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Process shipments and prepare goods for delivery with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
