Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Perform quality control inspections on high-value merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with RF scanner proficiency
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory control processes
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
