Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory overnight shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage zones and enforce FIFO inventory protocols
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products for damage compliance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification for powered equipment (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for WMS software navigation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
