Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using our WMS system with remote oversight
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with tablet-based reporting
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team via digital handoff protocols
- Monitor security systems and access controls remotely
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
