Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipping with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and safety standards throughout shift
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient material handling
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Document all activities in warehouse management system (WMS) with meticulous detail
- Uphold OSHA compliance protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
