Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
