Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and maintain digital records via remote inventory systems
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for next-day delivery
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for real-time shipment tracking
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment
- Participate in monthly remote safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with remote work capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to facility
