Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and cycle counting with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate digital records using our remote inventory management system
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale facility
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
