Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital platforms for real-time task updates
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with digital reporting tools
- Support cross-functional teams through remote communication channels
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
