Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to optimize overnight workflow and productivity
- Complete shipping documentation and reports with remote flexibility
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S warehouse standards
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for remote administrative tasks
- Reliable transportation to St. Petersburg facility
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
