Responsibilities
- Load/untract shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation via remote portal
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in quarterly remote training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for remote documentation
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
