Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise according to safety protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends (if required by volume).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- No criminal background or drug use is required for this entry-level position.
